A warm welcome to all of our Domains With Us clients. If you're coming to us from www.domainswithus.com, it means that the merging of our two websites is complete and all of your accounts and domain information are located here.

You may remember that, back in March of this year, we purchased www.domainswithus.com and www.hostingwithus.com from WebCom Resources. At the time, it was our aim to keep everything the same to ensure that clients encountered a seamless transition between the two companies.

As we move into the second half of 2009, we feel it's a great time to begin consolidating our domain and hosting services under one brand, so on August 4th at 9:00 am PST we will be taking domainswithus.com offline to complete the transition. All things going smoothly, we should be back up and running again by 12:00 PST the same day.

We've included a FAQ to answer some of the questions you may have about the move.

Q: Will I have to learn a new system for managing my invoices and assets and paying bills?

A: Not at all, both Hosting Nation and Domains With Us use the AWBS billing system for managing assets. The look and feel may be a little different, but you'll still have all of the same tools and resources for domain services that you've come to expect. You can log into your account by clicking 'log in', located in the top right of the website or visit the account login page.

Q: Will I have to create a new account or reconfigure my domains and domain services?

A: Not at all. We're actually moving Hosting Nation onto the same server as Domains With Us and merging the client data. Your data, your preferences and all configuration settings for your account will remain the same.

Q: Does this mean I can finally manage my hosting, domains and web services in one place?

A: Exactly. Hosting Nation has all the hosting features you need for a successful web presence. Our shared hosting plan is only $6.95 per month for 5GB of disk space, 50GB of bandwidth and a ton of extras. Learn more about our hosting plan.

Q: What about support? Do I still get the same support from Hosting Nation that I did on Domains With Us?

A: The levels of support you've become accustomed to will remain the same, we still answer the phone and we still respond to tickets within 24 hours. Instead of the Domains With Us ticket system, we've consolidated our support into one place at http://support.hosting-nation.com. Our support system is chock full of useful knowledge base items, tutorials and a ticket submission system that we monitor 7 days a week.

Q: What about domain pricing? Is that changing?

A: Domain prices will remain the same as they were on Domains With Us, as we want to transition to be a seamless experience for you.

Q: I have affiliate links out there, will they have to be changed?

A: Nope, all links will be redirected, you won't have to change anything.

Q: I already have hosting on Hosting With Us, should I move to Hosting Nation?

A: We're not moving Hosting With Us clients, as the different billing systems don't play well together. If you want to move your site anyway, let us know and one of our team will get in touch.
